Job Opportunity

The position of Learning and Development Specialist focuses on designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs for retail staff across various outlets to ensure consistent service excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with the brand's values.

Main Responsibilities
  • Training Program Design and Delivery: Develop customized training modules for each role in retail operations, conduct induction training for new hires, and refresher courses for existing staff.
  • Operational and Service Excellence: Standardize operating procedures across all retail outlets, introduce service etiquette standards that reflect the premium brand image, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Performance Tracking and Feedback: Assess training effectiveness, performance reviews, and customer feedback, maintain detailed training records, and prepare progress reports for management.
  • Team Development and Motivation: Coach staff on problem-solving and conflict management, foster a learning culture within the organization, and organize role-play sessions, workshops, and skill competitions to keep training engaging.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in retail or hospitality training, preferably in FMCG or food service
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English
  • Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance assessment tools
  • Passion for traditional food heritage and customer service excellence
  • Ability to travel to various retail outlets for on-site training
