**Job Description:**

As an Administrative Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our team's success by providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and Enforma system.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the front desk and reception area
  • Organize lunch and dinner arrangements for senior management meetings
  • Book meeting rooms and desks
  • Provide logistical support for training and workshops
  • Track and report on various applicable reports
  • Manage office stationery
  • Manage Enforma:
    • Assign requests raised at Enforma
    • Connect with employees to understand issues and close requests
    • Generate reports and share with the team
  • PR between Employee, Expats and P&A team
  • Expat management
  • Manage Vendor Management system: Entry & Exit of guests & expats

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Community Relations, Front Office, general administration
