Enterprise Risk Professional

The Enterprise Risk Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks that could impact business objectives and goals.

This includes developing an integrated risk reporting framework with a focus on strategic risk and de-risking strategies. The role also involves filing regulatory returns at stated intervals and preparing and publishing Pillar III disclosures for the organization on a quarterly basis.

The Enterprise Risk Manager will act as secretariat to the ERMC, manage directions provided, and prepare reports for the Risk Management Committee of the Board (RMCB). They will also provide inputs to the preparation of the Annual ICAAP document and quarterly ICAAP findings, covering pillar I and pillar II risks.

  • Business/Financials
    • Compute RAROC and economic capital for various verticals.
    • Make periodic reports on compliance to KRI/Risk thresholds to the Board of Directors/Risk Management Committee of the Board/Regulator.
    • Support the implementation of credit risk management processes in retail and institutional lending, including preparation of policies, process notes, and analysis of financial impact.
    • Coordinate with business, credit, compliance, and audit to identify areas for improvement in risk management frameworks (control testing).
  • Customer
    • Coordinate with business and credit to regularly monitor risk related to concentration, growth, and portfolio.
    • Coordinate with compliance and audit to ensure external regulations and applicable policies are reviewed and implemented effectively.
    • Drive communication of all risk-related policies, guidelines, latest developments across the organization to facilitate compliance.
  • Internal Process
    • Filing RCA, LR, and RAQ returns to the regulator at stated intervals.
