Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute content strategies across various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of content formats that work for service-based brands and be able to conceptualize and execute brand stories visually and tonally.

They will also have proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scale, and be able to analyze performance data regularly to iterate on formats, frequency, and messaging.

Additionally, the candidate should stay ahead of social trends, algorithm shifts, and platform features to innovate with speed.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing content strategies, owning and managing end-to-end content calendars, building and scaling a creator and influencer ecosystem, collaborating with internal stakeholders, optimizing content for reach, retention, saves, shares, and conversions, and analyzing performance data regularly.

  • Consistent growth in followers, reach, and engagement across key channels
  • High-performing content formats with strong save/share ratios
  • Creator collaborations that drive brand awareness, UGC, and lead generation
  • Repeatable content playbooks that ladder up to business goals
  • A clear, data-backed approach to organic social growth

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience as a content creator, social strategist, or hybrid role
  • Solid understanding of content formats that work for service-based brands
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute brand stories visually and tonally
  • Proven success in building social media growth from scratch or scale
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, trends, platform-native behaviors
  • Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or UGC producers
  • Great creative instincts : smart, sharp, on-brand
  • Self-starter energy with strong creative and analytical thinking
