Machine Learning Engineer Job Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and deploying machine learning models to drive business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Machine Learning Model Development: Collaborate with data scientists to design, train, and evaluate machine learning models that meet business objectives.
  • Automation and Deployment: Build and maintain MLOps pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Cloud Platforms: Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ML model development, training, and deployment.
  • DevOps/MLOps Practices: Implement DevOps/MLOps best practices to automate ML workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Monitoring and Experimentation: Develop and implement monitoring systems to track model performance and identify issues. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize model performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver ML solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Doctorate degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, and Data Science, or relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and techniques, proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
