Job Description

As an IT Operations Intern at Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd, you will be part of a dynamic team that maintains and monitors the organization's IT infrastructure. This role offers hands-on experience with IT systems and processes, contributing to seamless operational support and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Assist in managing and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • System Performance Monitoring: Perform routine checks on system performance and report issues to the IT team promptly.
  • Technical Support: Help resolve basic technical problems for end-users and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Network and Server Health Monitoring: Use diagnostic tools to monitor network and server health, identifying potential risks to system availability.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets for future reference.
  • Documentation: Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical guides to improve knowledge sharing.
  • Project Participation: Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient project delivery, including system upgrades, migrations, or new technology rollouts.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on IT trends and best practices to suggest improvements and enhance technical knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Willingness to Learn: Be willing to learn about IT systems and processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess good analytical skills to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Team Player: Be a team player with good presentation skills to present ideas and solutions.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.
  • Project Management Understanding: Understand project management principles to contribute to project delivery.
  • M365 Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 stack and its applications.
  • ITIL Practices: Understanding of ITIL practices to improve service management.
  • Operating System and Database Knowledge: Familiarity with various operating systems and databases.
  • Log Analysis: Ability to understand IT logs for audit purposes.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Education: Engineering graduates/post-graduates in Computers (or) IT or any relevant diploma in IT.
