Job Title: Data Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions. As a senior member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex data architectures and ensuring seamless integration with various systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Data Architecture Design:
  • Design and implement scalable data architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
System Integration:
  • Ensure seamless integration with various systems, including cloud-based platforms and legacy systems.
  • Leverage industry-standard technologies to optimize data flow and minimize latency.
Big Data Technologies:
  • Develop expertise in big data technologies, such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases.
  • Implement data processing pipelines using workflow orchestration tools.
Cloud Platforms:
  • Migrate on-premise applications to cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Leverage cloud-based services to optimize data storage and processing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, containerization technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Skills
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Containerization: Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Big Data Technologies: Apache Spark, Hadoop, and NoSQL databases.
  • Database Management: Strong understanding of database management systems and data modeling techniques.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
