Solutions Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to manage and maintain Red Hat OpenShift clusters. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and managing OCP environments, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery of clusters, and performing regular upgrades and patching.

In addition to cluster management, the successful candidate will also provide Level 3 support for incidents and problems related to OpenShift, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Linux administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), as well as experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

Desired qualifications include experience with CI/CD tools, monitoring tools, and DevOps practices. The role requires excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Preferred qualifications include a Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent certification, experience with hybrid cloud environments, and knowledge of network configurations, load balancing, and firewall management.
