
Senior Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist

Job Overview:
">The HSE Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for client and FPSO operations concerning HSEQ matters, ensuring all HSEQ related issues are properly identified and addressed in a cost-effective manner that meets ALARP standards.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Manage internal and external HSEQ interfaces to foster effective collaboration and communication.">
- Promote Operational/Asset Integrity understanding throughout the organization through strong leadership and mentorship.">
- Develop and conduct HSE inductions for new onshore personnel to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.">
- Oversee day-to-day HSEQ activities for the FPSO, including managing risks associated with FPSO operations.">
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions to identify root causes and implement solutions.">
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and certification requirements, ensuring the FPSO operates within established safety standards.">
- Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans to ensure prompt response to emergencies.">
- Establish and manage Operational Performance Standards for the FPSO, driving continuous improvement.">
- Develop and track HSE Focus Areas and KPIs to measure performance and drive improvements.">
- Facilitate HAZID and ENVID reviews to identify potential hazards and mitigate risks.">
- Coordinate Assurance audits and Verification audits to ensure the FPSO meets regulatory requirements.">
- Liaise with the Company Security Officer to ensure seamless coordination and information exchange.">
Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in any relevant discipline.">
- Formal qualifications in health and safety management, such as certifications or diplomas.">
- Long relevant experience in an offshore/oil and gas environment, preferably on an FPSO, with a proven track record of success.">
- Experience in implementing behavioral based safety initiatives and strategies.">
- Familiarity with Safety studies and risk assessments.">
- Previous experience working in a similar role for an Operating Company, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.">
