We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer to drive the creation of intuitive user experiences.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the product's overall user experience, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to craft user-centric designs for complex technical domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end user experience for our product, ensuring it is user-friendly and aligned with the product vision
- Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma that can be directly leveraged by the development team for implementation
- Collaborate with Product Management to think through problems, iterate on design solutions, and rapidly prototype features to address product needs
- Work with frontend developers to ensure they fully understand design intent and guide them in building interfaces that offer an excellent user experience
- Research user feedback and craft solutions that improve usability and user satisfaction
- Advocate for UX best practices within the team and push for a user-first approach in every aspect of product development
- Design for a complex technical product, ideally with awareness of DevOps processes and technologies
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and technologies a plus
