About the Position

We are seeking an accomplished marketing professional to oversee our campaigns and shape the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement campaign requirements across channels, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead a team in content creation, editing, and proof-reading to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideation, messaging frameworks, and brand voice consistency.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

  • Act as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of promotions.
  • Coordinate with partners to plan, approve, and deliver campaigns as per agreed timelines and brand requirements.

Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Manage brand presence on social platforms and drive followership growth, engagement metrics, and ROI from community building.
  • Implement innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recall.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and scale a team of copywriters, social media managers, and campaign executives.
  • Foster a data-driven and creative-first culture within the team.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in campaign management, social media leadership, and professional copywriting.
  • Strong portfolio of high-impact campaigns, social media growth, and compelling copy.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and social media tools.
  • Analytical yet creative mindset – able to turn insights into compelling campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
