Quality Control Specialist Job

This role is responsible for reviewing and ensuring quality standards are met, processing accuracy is maintained, and compliance with predefined checklists is upheld.

A key aspect of this position is understanding legal documentation, including court orders, retainer agreements, affidavits, and bankruptcy filings. These documents are crucial for delivering services effectively.

The Quality Control Specialist will collaborate closely with coordinators from both the US and international businesses to execute daily responsibilities efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure quality compliances and processing accuracy in daily operations.
  • Independently audit a proportion of processed tickets based on predefined checklists for assigned tasks via email, Salesforce, Jit Bit, RAGIC, and other data sources at a set frequency defined by the business.
  • Randomly conduct audits, at least twice or thrice per month, to verify documentation related to bankruptcy claimants.
  • Perform random sample checks on communication sent/received to/from trustees.
  • Accurately review and interpret legal documents, especially court motions/orders, affidavits, PACER reports, and heirship documents.
  • Develop a strong learning curve to thoroughly understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
  • Create weekly/monthly reports on audits performed, including root cause analysis and Corrective Action/Preventive Action for defects/deficiencies identified during quality audits.
