Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development team in the design, development, and deployment of server-side applications using Node.js.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best coding practices, code reviews, and high-quality software delivery.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and backend development.
- Expertise in building RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React.js or Angular is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest, or Chai.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
