Job Description:

The primary function of a senior graphic designer involves conceptualizing innovative ideas for client briefs and collaborating with a team to develop visually appealing campaign work. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to present ideas effectively and manage project completion efficiently, adapting layouts to meet project specifications and brand guidelines as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize creative solutions for diverse client briefs
  • Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and strategists to brainstorm new ideas
  • Work with the design team to visually develop great campaign work
  • Present work to stakeholders and decision makers
  • Manage successful completion of integrated creative projects
  • Establish schedules to deliver projects on time
  • Adapt and refine layouts to align with project specifications and brand guidelines
  • Implement design updates and changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
  • Provide solutions for layout adjustments
  • Maintain and organize design files
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and excellence
  • Stay updated on brand guidelines

For success in this position, candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in design at an advertising or marketing agency, with expertise in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Acrobat Pro. A well-curated work portfolio is also essential. The ability to function in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills are necessary for this role.
