Are you a specialist in artificial intelligence who is passionate about ensuring the safety and accountability of AI systems?

We are looking for a skilled Responsible AI Evaluator to join our team. This exciting role involves evaluating, auditing, and deploying AI models across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI ethics, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI principles. You will be working closely with data scientists, legal, compliance, and product teams to ensure that AI systems are designed and deployed responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate AI/ML models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness.
  • Conduct red-teaming, safety testing, and adversarial analysis across AI pipelines.
  • Perform pre-deployment, post-deployment, and continuous model audits.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML evaluation, testing, or assurance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of fairness, bias detection, differential privacy, red-teaming, model transparency techniques.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying/evaluating AI services in distributed architectures.
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, Transformers, LangChain, MLflow, PyTorch, etc.
