Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:
Electromechanical Innovation LeadWe are seeking an exceptional Electromechanical Innovation Lead to join our team, who can drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design, testing, and validation processes. The successful candidate will lead and manage a high-performing R&D team to develop LV air circuit breaker products that meet customer-specific technical, cost, and market-related technology requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of low-voltage switchgear technologies, standards, and market trends, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to collaborate effectively across functions and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the R&D team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the R&D team to drive the development of LV air circuit breaker products, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule targets.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design, testing, and validation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and features into the LV air circuit breaker product portfolio.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the R&D team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Budgeting and resource allocation for R&D projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related field.
- 16+ years of proven experience in R&D and product development within the low-voltage switchgear industry.
- At least 5 years of people management experience.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of low-voltage switchgear technologies, standards, and market trends.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
