This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand image through visually engaging assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

We seek a creative individual with a sharp design sensibility, current trend awareness, and a desire to grow in the dynamic world of automobile branding and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design captivating social media creatives (static, carousels, reels thumbnails, stories) for various verticals.
  • Develop visuals for digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta.
  • Craft offline collateral such as standees, flyers, hoardings, showroom branding, event materials, and vehicle wraps.
  • Contribute to seasonal campaign concepts for festivals, new launches, and offers.
  • Collaborate with the content and video teams to create strong storytelling-driven visual assets.
  • Design internal posters, newsletters, wallpapers, org charts, and culture-promoting assets.
  • Work closely with HR and department heads to visually communicate policies, updates, and initiatives.
  • Assist in designing presentations and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Bonus: Premiere Pro / After Effects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for fast iterations.
  • Strong foundation in color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good understanding of formats for both digital (RGB, social ratios) and print (CMYK, bleed, resolution).
  • Awareness of Generative AI (GenAI) tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a structured marketing environment.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to juggle multiple brand guidelines.
  • A portfolio that showcases versatility, detail orientation, and creative thinking.
  • Interest in the automobile sector or retail marketing is a plus.
