ServiceNow Test Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of ServiceNow Test Engineer.

  • The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive test plans and cases based on business requirements, functional design documents, and technical specifications.
  • In this position, you will execute tests to validate functionality, including regression testing to ensure new changes or enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing Automated Testing Frameworks (ATF) in ServiceNow.
  • Close collaboration with client teams is essential for completing integration and user acceptance testing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing ATF is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc. is necessary.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential.
