Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform brand strategy, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

People Skills and Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
