Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented finance professional to manage statutory filings, compliance with the Companies Act, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and financial statements preparation. This role will be responsible for managing clients' financial needs, ensuring timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns, and preparing and reviewing financial statements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding statutory filings, compliance, and financial statement preparation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other government agencies.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in the Companies Act, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any legal or compliance issues related to statutory filings and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including timely filing of returns, reconciliation, and addressing any GST-related queries.
  • Provide accurate and reliable financial information to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to statutory filings, compliance, and financial statements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of finance operations.
