Job Title: Senior.NET Backend Developer

Job Description:

Victrix Systems & Labs is seeking a highly skilled Senior.NET Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level system architecture, delivering web APIs, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architecture: You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-level system architecture, driving architectural change and evolution whenever needed.
  2. Hands-on Coding: You will be expected to deliver web APIs, features, and functionalities by writing clean code every day.
  3. Troubleshooting and Monitoring: You will be expected to resolve bugs and troubleshoot the system as and when required, and set up monitoring using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in.NET development.
  2. .NET Stack and Web API Expertise: You must have worked extensively with the.NET stack, having worked with C#,.NET Core (6.0 and above), Entity Framework, SQL Server, and one cloud ecosystem (preferably AWS).
  3. Good to Know: Experience with AWS RDS, S3, and Lambda will be great to have, as well as experience in setting up monitoring using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
  4. Engineering Practices: You must be a follower and custodian of best engineering practices, including design secure, performant, usable, maintainable, and efficient RESTful APIs, and have implemented TDD and SOLID principles in your daily code.
  5. Excellent Communication Skills: You need to articulate your points clearly and assertively, and be a great listener and representative of the team and Victrix Systems & Labs in front of stakeholders.
  6. Agile Experience: You must have worked extensively with distributed, cross-functional agile teams, and be familiar with agile rituals.
