Senior TPM Expert

We are seeking an experienced TPM expert to work closely with our Site Leadership team to drive improvements and train team members on Work Better (WB) and TPM Tools in Plant.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with our leadership team to establish Center of Excellence (COE) ways of working
- Work with operations, maintenance, and quality teams on the shop floor to drive AWW COE, OEE, and Root Cause Analysis
- Conduct periodic TPM reviews with the site head and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports
- Develop and implement Lean Daily Management at Tier-2 and Tier-1 levels
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in driving TPM, Challenging JIPM award is an added advantage
This role requires a strong understanding of TPM principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. As a TPM lead, you will be responsible for driving improvements and training team members on WB and TPM tools.
