Attorney Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney Assistant to support our team in managing a diverse caseload of employment-based immigration cases. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review a high volume of visa petitions, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s
• Manage multiple case files simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and government agencies regarding case status and progress
• Prepare and coordinate the production of supporting documents, responses to requests for evidence (RFEs), and other critical case materials
• Maintain accurate records, track case progression, and implement efficient case management strategies
• Collaborate with attorneys to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Support the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• At least three years of experience in immigration law or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or similar software applications
