Online Finance Tutor Job Description

We are seeking a qualified online finance tutor to join our team of educators. As an online finance tutor, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their academic goals by imparting your knowledge and skills in finance.

 

About the Job:

  • This is a remote position that requires you to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You will be responsible for conducting audio+chat-based sessions with students in various subjects, including finance and economics.
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  • Use technology to enhance the learning experience and facilitate communication with students.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent command over subject knowledge, particularly in finance and economics.
  • Clear written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong internet research skills.
  • Typing speed of 25–40 words per minute.
  • Comfortable working night shifts.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Must have a laptop or desktop (mobile/tablets not allowed).
  • Active participation in email and phone communication during the hiring process.
  • Must use a computer to take the online subject test.

 

Selection Process:

  • Online test (Minimum 70% to qualify).
  • Subjective evaluation round.
  • Documentation.
  • Client training modules & quizzes.
