About the Role:

-Sr Syniti ADM Consultant:

As a highly experienced SAP Data Migration Consultant, you will lead the execution of data migration projects from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA, utilizing your expertise in data cleansing, profiling, and harmonization. Your proficiency in project planning, cutover planning, and gathering business requirements is essential for delivering successful projects.

12 years of experience in SAP Data Cleansing, Profiling, Harmonization and Migration, SAP Cutover Planning, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, with diverse experience in project successes in areas of Data Migration using BackOffice Associates Tools Methodology (Syniti ADM) & SAP BODS Business Objects Data Services in SAP MM, SAP Plant Maintenance.Extensive experience in Data Cleansing, Profiling and Harmonization using Backoffice Tools like ADM, qSuite of SAP Plant Maintenance Master Data (FL,EQ, BOM) and Materials Master Data.The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Healthcare verticals, with excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. You will have led teams of offshore and onsite developers, and worked effectively in time-sensitive environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering with 12 years of IT experience in SAP Data Migration, Data Analysis, Data Audits, Process Management, Business Analysis, ECM, Business Process Re-engineering, RFPs, Quality Assurance, Data Analysis and Modeling, Testing of enterprise wide client/server and Web-based applications, and all aspects of Software Engineering and Systems Development Life Cycle SDLC.
  • Certified in BackOffice Associates Data Migration and ETL Tools: Syniti ADM, qSuite, Data StagingWarehouse , DataGarage,EZMap , DataDialysis, BDCdirect, DataProfiler , DataConstructionServer , dDup , SourceTrack , CranPort.
  • Extensive experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical.
  • Expertise in Cutover Planning, Project Planning, Project Design, Gathering Business and Functional requirements, creating functional specifications, and Use case data flow diagrams.
  • Worked in SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP Finance, SAP SD. SAP SCM, SAP MDM, SAP Project Systems, Vendors, Business Objects, OBIEE, SAP R/3,Business Warehouse BW 7.0, Data Warehousing, Data Governance and Master Data Management MDM.
  • Proficiently used Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, MS Office products for data Analysis, Project Schedules, Business process modeling, Requirement/issues documentation, and Customer training.
  • Experienced in preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Test Summary Reports for Automated and manual testing.

What We Offer:

-Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 annually
Job Requirements:

With a strong track record in SAP data migration, you will join our team as a Sr Syniti ADM Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading data migration projects from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA. This role requires a deep understanding of data cleansing, profiling, and harmonization, as well as project planning and cutover planning.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP data migration, data analysis, and data audits is required. Certification in BackOffice Associates Data Migration and ETL tools is also necessary.

We are seeking a motivated self-starter with exceptional team building, leadership, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Healthcare and Pharmaceutical verticals.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering and possess excellent communication and organization skills.
