Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Candidates with strong business acumen to join our team as Corporate Sales Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth for Adroit Synergies Pvt. Ltd. in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Work closely with the business team to understand customer needs and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a strong understanding of the corporate sales landscape.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales or a related field.
  • Ability to work from our office in Noida Sec 63.
