Senior Quality Assurance Expert for E-Commerce

As a Senior E-Commerce QA, you will be responsible for leading and managing QA and automation teams for large-scale e-commerce projects. This involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks for both web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage QA and automation teams
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium
  • Oversee QA processes for Magento and other customized e-commerce platform integrations
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack
  • Design and execute API testing workflows using Postman
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness
  • Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration (CI)
  • Mentor and train QA team members on tools, processes, and automation frameworks
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test plans, and automation scripts

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership
  • Strong Magento expertise or similar e-commerce platforms with customized codebases
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with NetSuite-related testing
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization
