The Job
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team. As a thought leader in this area, you will provide structure and guidance to the disciplines of Architecture Governance and Testing Strategy. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining architecture standards, measuring adoption and quality, and driving resiliency and software delivery lifecycle improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement architecture standards, measurement and reporting of adherence to architecture standards, and regulatory, audit, and compliance initiatives.
- Develop and maintain architecture policies and procedures to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive architecture decisions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Design and implement automated testing and validation processes to ensure high-quality architecture artifacts.
Requirements
- 15 years of active technology architecture experience in a complex environment.
- Proven track record of designing, creating, and deploying enterprise-grade technology products.
- Advanced degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of complex, large-scale system architecture and design, compliance and regulatory processes, domain-driven designs, and enterprise architecture best practices.
