**Job Title:** Senior Manager – Governance, Risk and Compliance

The primary function of this role is to oversee the implementation of governance, risk management, and compliance programs within an organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead risk assessments and profiling for business units and operational activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and adapt risk management practices accordingly.
  • Ensure policies/processes are designed to comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand processes and facilitate documentation of controls.
  • Provide oversight and challenge business units on risk management practices.
  • Carry out risk aggregation exercises to provide a unified view of risk.
  • Promote the use of advanced technologies and data analytics in risk management.
  • Act as a key point of contact for risk-related matters pertaining to business and operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or governance.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective risk management programs.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
