As a Creative Visualizer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design innovative and impactful graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, including websites, social media posts, advertisements, brochures, posters, presentations, and more.
  • Develop high-quality designs utilizing Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW. Apply knowledge of Figma to create user interface (UI) designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and After Effects to produce simple animations and motion graphics for marketing materials.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to established guidelines, delivering consistent and cohesive visual identities across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas that align with the brand's goals, audience, and market trends.
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and design quality is maintained.
  • Prepare production-ready design files, ensuring all assets are optimized for digital and print formats, including resolution, file types, and color modes.
  • Leverage After Effects to create engaging animations and motion graphics for use in digital advertising, social media, and promotional content.
  • Take ownership of design revisions and iterate quickly based on client feedback, ensuring the final designs meet project specifications.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, with a diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and familiarity with Figma and After Effects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and basic knowledge of Figma and After Effects for creating static designs and motion graphics.
  • Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, colour theory, layout, and composition, with the ability to create visually compelling content across different media.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision in all design elements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work efficiently under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with other designers, marketers, and developers to execute ideas and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts and ideas to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in design trends, software tools, and project requirements.
