Job Title: SaaS Implementation / Onboarding Lead

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an onboarding implementation lead.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers by assisting with data integration, ETL/ELT operations, and technical configurations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding sessions, ensuring seamless product adoption and integration.
  • Assist customers in migrating data through ETL/ELT pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform complex SQL queries and database operations to validate, transform, and troubleshoot customer data.
  • Utilize advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, validation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experiences.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on data-related challenges during onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for onboarding processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Work effectively with global customers to provide timely support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, data operations, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in ETL/ELT processes and data transformation methodologies.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation.
  • Scripting expertise (preferably in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
