Business Intelligence Analyst

Are you a strategic thinker who can transform complex data into actionable insights? Do you have a passion for driving business growth through data-driven decisions? We're seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help us navigate the ever-changing retail landscape.

  • As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our business intelligence infrastructure. This includes developing and managing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support our retail and e-commerce channels.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations, to ensure that our business intelligence solutions meet their evolving needs.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Analyzing sales, inventory, customer behavior, and pricing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Collecting, cleaning, and structuring raw data from various sources, including POS, ERP, CRM, Google Analytics, marketplaces, and social/digital platforms.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with 3+ years in retail/wholesale analytics.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales metrics, and inventory data.
  • Experience with POS, ERP, and retail analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Experience with retail forecasting and customer segmentation.
  • Background in omni-channel or eCommerce environments.
