  • We are seeking a highly skilled L1 and L1.5 Operations Support Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to IT infrastructure architecture.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Telecom OSS domains, ITIL concepts, and have experience working in 24x7 production support models. They should also be proficient in application monitoring tools like New Relic, Prometheus, Nagios, ServiceNow, and Grafana.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of Telecom OSS domain
  • Understanding of ITIL Concepts
  • Experience in working as L1 and L1.5 Operations support
