Informatica Data Integration Expert

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS, with a strong focus on ETL design, development, and performance tuning. In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects and provide operational support for daily feeds across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Integration: Develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions to ensure seamless data flow across diverse sources such as flat files, Oracle DB, Salesforce, SAP (RFC/BAPI/OS integration), and others.
  • ETL Development: Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources, executing file validation scripts, encryption/decryption, file creation, and secure transfers.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning, with hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects and provide operational support for daily feeds.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills for job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.
