Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Mulesoft expert to lead our technical team. As a Technical Director, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of complex software systems using Mulesoft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing Mulesoft-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical strategies.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring it meets the required standards and best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development, preferably with Mulesoft.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture patterns, and design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
