We seek a proactive and creative Content Creator to join our team. As a Data Storyteller, you will assist in crafting high-quality content that educates users, enhances documentation, and raises awareness about backup and recovery processes.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about writing, technology, and ensuring data resiliency. You will have the chance to develop infographics, visuals, and presentations to simplify technical concepts and optimize content for readability and user engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Write and design content for blogs, articles, case studies, and technical whitepapers focusing on backup and recovery solutions.
    • Create user-centric materials such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and how-to documents.
    • Develop infographics, visuals, and presentations to simplify technical concepts.
    • Optimize content for readability and user engagement, ensuring clarity and relevance.
    • Incorporate feedback from technical teams and end-users to improve content quality.
  • Campaign Support:
    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote backup and recovery solutions.
    • Create social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials targeting various audiences.
    • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user engagement.
    • Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A passion for writing and learning.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ideal candidate should be able to work in a night shift environment.
  • Ability to meet the requirements mentioned above.
