As a key member of our Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting the end-to-end execution of domestic and international M&A transactions.

M&A Strategy & Target Identification

• Develop comprehensive growth strategies and prioritize acquisition or JV opportunities to support business expansion plans.

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis for strategic targets, utilizing expertise to identify potential synergies and risks.

Deal Execution

• Perform valuations and prepare investment memos and board presentations that showcase the value proposition of each opportunity.

• Lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient transaction closure.

Transaction Structuring & Negotiations

• Structure deals that align with legal and tax requirements, minimizing financial and reputational risks.

• Negotiate agreements and ensure timely transaction closure, leveraging expertise to secure favorable terms.

Post-Merger Integration (PMI)

• Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal synergy realization.

• Monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance, providing insights to drive future growth initiatives.

Internal & External Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate across functions for deal alignment, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.

• Manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners, building strong networks and driving business success.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA qualification preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking
  • Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred
  • A proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle
