Job Description:
The Senior Engineer-QA QC will play a key role in designing and implementing the Quality HSE Management System. This involves defining quality standards for all systems, ensuring compliance, and promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule all quality activities based on company policy
  • Monitor machine check list completion before shipment
  • Schedule and conduct group meetings
  • Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
  • Prepare all quality related documents

Authorities and Information Sharing:
The Senior Engineer-QA QC will be responsible for sharing information and providing feedback to ensure effective communication within the team. They will also be responsible for recommending changes to procedures and policies to improve the functionality of the department.

Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation and electronics, with a minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in a medium-size multinational organization. They should possess internal auditor certification and NDT Level-II in Inspection. Knowledge of MS Office and quality tools is also essential. Additionally, they should have a BE in instrumentation or electronics and excellent knowledge of measuring tools.
