Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing test systems for our production facilities. This is a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in power electronics, Python programming, and database management. Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams are also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop test systems for production facilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure test system functionality and quality
- Develop and maintain test processes and maintenance routines
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing and quality teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B.E/M.Tech. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or other suitable educational background or work experience
- 3+ years of experience in an electrical/electronic manufacturing test environment
- Expertise with power electronics
- Python programming skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Database experience (SQL or similar)
- SPC/DOE knowledge
- Experience supporting Yield Improvement projects
- Failure Analysis Techniques
