Senior Financial Services Liaison

As a Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This involves understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborating with internal teams is crucial to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
Your role will also involve providing exceptional customer service, promptly resolving client queries and issues, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
In addition, you will work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in relationship management within the BFSI industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other banking tools
