Landscape Architect Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to lead and manage the landscape design team, delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the landscape design team to produce exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative landscape solutions that meet client needs.
  • Create comprehensive landscape plans, incorporating plant selections, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements that align with project objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications for bidding and permitting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide guidance to on-site teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles to inform landscape design decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing feedback and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field and 8-10 years of experience in landscape architecture within the real estate industry.
