We are seeking an experienced and talented Urban Designer to join our team in shaping the future of urban spaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research on planning trends, policies, legislation, and market conditions to support project development.

• Prepare required reports, presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other deliverables, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Gather essential information to support planning proposals through site assessments.
• Maintain seamless liaison with colleagues to achieve project goals.
• Be available to work flexible late hours when needed.

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or similar field.
• A minimum of 3 years' work experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment, graphics firm, or advertising agency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with staff and management.
• Good knowledge of current planning best practice and sustainable development principles.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

• Prior work experience in urban planning or the property sector.
• Ability to work with AI software.
• Proficiency in Autodesk products.
