As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for leading ARCS engagements with extensive knowledge of the platform. Your key responsibilities include delivering ARCS functional and technical support to clients, merging, customizing, and deploying ARCS according to client business requirements.

Your role also involves working closely with clients throughout various parts of the implementation lifecycle, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, you should be ready to learn new technologies as per client requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong core consulting skills, having delivered large/medium ARCS programs in the past. You will work collaboratively as a Team leader or Senior Consultant alongside developers for ARCS implementations, showcasing effective man management and consultancy assignment skills. To qualify for this role, you must have 4-6 years of relevant experience in ARCS.

A strong understanding of consolidation processes is essential, along with experience in acting as a Techno-functional role. You will develop and maintain solid knowledge on reconciliation of accounts in ARCS, design task flows and metadata designs, and provide system solutions to ARCS issues and enhancements. The successful candidate will act as an escalation point to FAST support/Operation teams for complex issues, perform functional and technical testing of system projects, and participate in prioritizing system issues for development teams.
