The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day human resources functions within the organization.
- Key responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and developing HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, training and development, as well as handling administrative tasks such as payroll, record-keeping, and data maintenance.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant work experience in an HR capacity.
- The successful candidate will also have knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as experience with HR software and systems.
