The Role

  • Translate business requirements into SAP SD functional specifications, driving process improvements and efficiency.
  • Configure and implement the SAP SD module, encompassing pricing, sales order management, shipping, and billing processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SD with other SAP modules, such as MM, FI, and CO, fostering a cohesive and efficient business environment.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP SD module, leveraging expertise to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and data migration activities, ensuring a seamless transition to new technologies and processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and training materials, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Stay updated on SAP best practices and industry trends, applying expertise to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, order management, and distribution logistics, with a focus on optimizing business operations.
  • Proficiency in SAP customization, including user exits, enhancements, and reports, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience with integration points between SAP SD and other modules, ensuring seamless data exchange and process integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) and e-commerce integration, with a focus on optimizing supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies, applying flexibility and adaptability to drive business success.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business and technology.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience, ideally within an IT Consulting role, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data, with a focus on driving business insights and decision-making.
