Job Opportunity: Enterprise Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and skilled data professional to lead our enterprise-wide data analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data mapping, interface design, and workflow configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement large-scale system upgrades, integration projects, and user acceptance testing
  • Support and maintain compliance monitoring platforms (compliance and surveillance systems)

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders from compliance, operations, and IT to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to design, support, and enhance monitoring systems.

Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Exposure to AML, fraud detection, or regulatory reporting domains, and a strong understanding of compliance regulations
  • Technical expertise in SQL, data analysis, and large-scale system implementations
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and experience working in Agile environments
