Job Overview:

The Network and Enterprise Cyber Security Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of Network and Cyber Security delivery. This includes resource planning, staffing, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Network and ECS team, overseeing 350+ professionals.
  • Developing, implementing, and improving N&ECS strategy in alignment with Service Line goals and requirements.
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of N&ECS services.
  • Driving operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance N&ECS delivery.
  • Continuously monitoring market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborating with other leads and the global N&ECS team to share best practices and ensure a consistent approach.
  • Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Supporting career pathway creation and updates to increase organization N&ECS skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications include:

  • Experience: Several years of IT industry experience, preferably in network or cyber security, with significant leadership or management experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Network and ECS industry, including latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and develop talent.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high-quality service.
  • Operational Excellence: Knowledge of operational best practices in the ECS industry, including process improvement, quality management, and performance metrics.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Experience managing change, including implementing new processes, systems, or strategies, and leading teams through change.
  • Cultural Awareness: In a global environment, understanding and respecting cultural differences is crucial.
