Key Data Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned expert in data quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our company's data.

  • Develop and implement effective data quality processes, leveraging expertise in SQL programming to extract, transform, and load high-quality data.
  • Analyze complex data sets, formulating strategic queries to uncover insights and inform business decisions.
  • Design and develop robust SQL solutions, including stored procedures and functions, to support data-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, design data models, and implement data governance policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to analyze complex data issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL programming, with a strong focus on data quality and assurance.
  • End-to-end technical design, development, stabilization, and enhancement of SQL programs, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, including data modeling, data validation, and data security.
