Job Title: Operations Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Data Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing production data and identifying areas of improvement. Your role will involve tracking order status, managing calendars, and resolving issues proactively.

Responsibilities:

  • Track Order Status: Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage Calendars: Schedule appointments and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Resolve Issues Proactively: Identify and address potential problems before they escalate.
  • Review Production Artworks: Analyze production artworks and manage UPC ticket approvals.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate Shipping: Coordinate with forwarders to secure timely shipment bookings.
  • Maintain Shipping Documents: Ensure accurate shipping documents for warehousing & accounting.
  • Analyze Root Causes: Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience: Must have prior experience in retail/manufacturing merchandising.
  • Years of Experience: 5 years' experience in production or operations analysis.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Strong Excel & data analysis skills (SQL/BI tools a plus).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving ability.
  • Detailed Minded: Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time Zone Flexibility: Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
