Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OnBase Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications on the OnBase platform.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze system specifications and develop OnBase applications to support information system processes.
  • Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs based on detailed specifications.
  • Modify and enhance existing systems by conducting research and defining scope and objectives.
System Administration
  • Perform OnBase system administration for installation builds, maintenance, and application enhancements.
Document Management & Workflow
  • Handle OnBase Document Retrieval, Workflow Modification, Document Management, and Document Archival System.
  • Utilize tools like ShareBase Search for effective document management.
Accelerators
  • Work with Guidewire Accelerators and OnBase Accelerators to streamline processes.
Web Services
  • Develop and maintain Web Services for system integration and functionality expansion.
Team Leadership
  • Manage and provide technical guidance to team members.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience as an OnBase Developer.
    • Total work experience of at least 5 years.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in OnBase workflows, document management, and archival systems.
    • Hands-on experience with ShareBase Search.
    • Knowledge of application development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
  • System Administration:
    • Strong experience in OnBase system installation, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Web Services:
    • Background in developing and managing Web Services.
  • Certifications:
    • OnBase certification is a plus.
